Dr. Haber has been in practice in the Pittsburgh area since obtaining her doctorate of chiropractic from Lincoln Chiropractic College in 1965. The states of Michigan, North Carolina and Pennsylvania granted her licensure through written examination. Since then, she has continued her post-graduate education obtaining additional certifications in biofeedback therapy, pain management, acupuncture and Chinese medicine to name a few. She has continued multidisciplinary training through the Page and William Black Post-Graduate School of Medicine of the Mount Sinai School of Medicine, University of Alabama School of Medicine, University of Glamorgan in Wales and New York University School of Medicine.
Dr. Haber has been invited to lecture at various universities and hospitals throughout the United States and is on the post-graduate teaching faculty at the National University
of Health Sciences. She has performed manipulation under anesthesia and has been a guest lecturer at numerous companies. Her
avocation is research and she has been granted four US patents
for her work in photon therapy. She has also successfully completed
the National Institute of Health Clinical Research Training
Course which has culminated in completion of four Institutional Review Board Supervised Studies.
Dr. Haber is a member
of the American Chiropractic Association, Pennsylvania Chiropractic
Association, Council on Diagnostic Imaging, American Chiropractic
College of Infrared Imaging and others. She has received the Robert W. Sandell award for outstanding examination scores and exemplary research for her Certified Disability Examiner Certification examinaton. Dr. Haber has authored articles in CRC Press, American Journal of Pain Management, Data Trace Publishing Company and other professional and peer reviewed journals.
